I was blessed to be introduced to Helen by a friend. I was disconnected from my body and the world, in a dark place emotionally and spiritually. I started my journey with breathwork sessions then moved to Reiki sessions and courses. When I went the first time, I was nervous and did not know what to expect. I was introduced to Helen 15 years ago by a friend.
