

Freedom From Emotional Eating
Freedom from emotional eating is about finding a way back to having a balanced relationship with food and our bodies. There are millions of people struggling with emotional eating and a dysfunctional relationship with food and their bodies. Through Freedom From Emotional Eating, we acknowledge the underlying issues which are often simply ignored. Diets often do not provide the happiness and contentment that we are craving.
Our aim through the course is to bring heartfelt acceptance to all that our body has experienced and to listen to the wisdom of our body, mind, and heart in order to be comfortable in our own skin and free in our spirit.
The Sessions
Reclaiming you Original Self
In session 1 we acknowledge where your unbalanced relationship with food and your body has stemmed from, and how this relationship has served you in the past. We discover that your relationship with food and your body does not define who you are, and learn to separate your inner self esteem from the outer world and influences.
Owning your feelings. truth, and power
In session 3 we discuss assertion, power, and boundaries. Learning about your inner power and shifting away from relationships dynamics that are based on the power of domination, into those that honour each individual.
Embracing your sexuality
In session 5 we look at how you relate to your sexuality. This forms an enormous piece of the puzzle of healing your relationship with food and your body. We explore shame, sexual repression alongside expectations and cultural beliefs.
Food is not the issue: Naming your true hungers
In session 2 we aim to become aware of your true hungers in every area of your life; spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual. We investigate how your relationship with food and your bodies has become intertwined with your pursuit of your true hungers.
your parents, culture, and society
In session 4 we become our own inner parent, by looking at our relationships, and let go of other's expectations and beliefs about who we should be. We enhance your intuitive knowing, and connect with your feelings to develop a loving relationship with self, that supports your uniqueness and individual path.
Releasing the past and opening the heart
In the final session, we integrate the learnings from the previous sessions, and open the heart to self love and acceptance. Recovering from an unbalanced relationship with food and your body requires you to come to embrace uniqueness of your being.
